3Identity Verification (KYC)

rc7777 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its licensing obligations and to prevent fraud and money laundering. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be asked to complete a one-time KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation of your address.

4Deposits

rc7777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and cards. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

All deposits are credited to your rc7777 account balance in PKR at the time of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take 15 to 30 minutes. rc7777 charges no fees on deposits from our side — your payment provider may apply their own charges in some cases.

• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within one hour, contact rc7777 support with your transaction reference number.
• rc7777 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request an alternative payment method if we have concerns about its origin.
• Deposits made into a suspended account will be returned to the payment source.

5Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to having completed KYC verification and having met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account VIP tier and the payment method selected.

6Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all rc7777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• The welcome bonus is available only on your first deposit and is available to new players only. One bonus per household, device or IP address.

7Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on rc7777 are subject to the general betting rules and the sport-specific rules published in the Betting Rules section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sports markets at rc7777:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If a bet is accepted in error at an incorrect price, rc7777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Bets on events that have already started before the bet was placed — where rc7777 was unaware at the time — may be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport's rules state otherwise.
• For cricket matches, if fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled, all match-result bets will be voided. Over-specific and player-specific bets follow the rules published for that market.
• rc7777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual player at its sole discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Duplicate bets placed on the same event from the same account or related accounts at significantly different odds may be voided.

8Live Casino Rules

Live casino games at rc7777 — including Andar Bahar, roulette, Teen Patti and blackjack — are operated through live dealer streams using real physical cards and equipment. The outcome of each game is determined by the physical dealing or spinning in real time and is not controlled by rc7777's software.

• Once a bet is confirmed in a live casino round, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, rc7777 will apply the outcome that was already determined at the point of interruption where possible. If the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each live table and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.
• rc7777 is not responsible for connection issues on the player's side that result in a bet being missed or a session being interrupted.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rc7777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or laundering money through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with rc7777 in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with rc7777's systems in any way.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person for any purpose.
• Placing bets while in possession of inside information about a sporting event that is not publicly available.

rc7777 actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected breach of these rules, including withholding withdrawal processing during an investigation.

10Account Suspension and Closure

rc7777 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is directly connected to the breach. Where a closure is for any other reason, rc7777 will return any legitimate real-money balance to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting rc7777 support. This includes requesting self-exclusion if you have concerns about your gambling habits.

11Responsible Gaming
